Questions
Questions residents ask
How do I pay rent?
Online through the resident portal, by bank transfer or card. You can set up automatic payments so you never miss a due date.
What counts as an emergency?
Anything that puts people or the home at risk: no heat in winter, no AC in extreme heat, a water leak you can’t stop, a gas smell, a sewage backup or a lockout. Call the emergency line any time. If you smell gas, leave first and call the gas company and 911.
How do I give notice and get my deposit back?
Give written notice as your lease requires, usually 30 or 60 days. After you move out we inspect the home and return your deposit, minus any itemized charges, within the time the law allows.
